2016 Liu Bao "Cang Shan" Hei Cha - 2 oz
This beautiful Spring harvest Liu Bao was crafted by a small producer from the Cang Mountain area of Wuzhen,Guangxi Province, China. Fermented then inoculated with the prized Eurotium Cristitum - a probiotic fungus that produces the prized "Golden Flowers" laden throughout the tea, lending a nutty sweetness, and some say added health benefits. The tea soup is dark, rich and full-bodied with notes of betel nut, dried fruit and rock minerals. Liu Bao is refreshing to the spirit and said to relieve excess heat in the body.
