This is another green tea I could drink all day. The dry leaf has a very refreshing nutty aroma that makes me open up and relax. The tea soup is thick and viscous, very smooth and sweet with soupy umami-ness and notes of butered corn (or popcorn?) and asparagus A subtle flirt of flowers and spice entices the palate on the finish. Overall a beautiful tea with very little astringency. Picked and processed before the Spring rains. Yunnan, China, First Flush 2021
