Our perfectly spiced rooibos chai will nourish and gently warm you from the inside out. Organic rooibos from South Africa is known for its potent antioxidant with numerous health benefits. Combined with classic South Indian masala spices such as cardamon, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, cloves and a dash of nutmeg , a cup or two of this is sure to get your energy in a gentle way. No caffeine or artificial flavors!
To prepare:Simmer one heaping teaspoon per cup of water for 4-5 mintes. Add 1-2 oz of milk of your choice and simmer another minute or two. add sweetener of your choice (we love unsweetened almond milk and jaggery, a raw sugar, although cows milk is more traditional).
