Irish Breakfast might well be regarded as the ‘espresso of teas’ because of its strong, full bodied, brisk, robust, and malty flavor. Organic Assam teas dominate the blend, with a bit of Kenya and Darjeeling added in. Most commonly drunk with milk but also consumed plain or with lemon. A certified Ethical Trade Partnership tea. One heaping teaspoon per 8 oz of boiling water. Steep for 3-7 minutes.
