LiShan, or "Pear Mountain", is located in northern Nantou, Taiwan and is known for its prized teas. The misty high elevation is also perfect for growing crisp, delicious apples and pears! This is a Winter 2020 tea from the 2000 meter mountainside tea gardens. Fragrant, high notes of flowers permeate the nose, along with sugarcane and citrus in the cup. A special treat!
