Chinese Red/Pink Gaiwan
The gaiwan is an alternative to a gongfu tea pot. Put 5-7 grams of tea into the ceramic cup, top with hot water and add lid. Wait a few moments and with lid tilted slightly from edge, pour tea off into small pouring pitcher (cha hai) or cups. The old way of drinking tea is to drink directly out of gaiwan. Aprox 145 ml.
