Inspired by the New Moon in Pisces, our March sampler features an assortment of teas to compliment any mood - the mysterious Grand Dame of oolong, Da Hong Pao (Big Red Robe) entices us with her depth of roasted flavors and aromas, quite different from the delightful vegetal and buttery notes of Huang Shan Mao Feng - Spring in a cup. YouLe Shan ripe Puerh is the Gigondas of the puerh world - thick, chewy and unforgettable - while the Tongxing sheng puerh, sweet, delicate and creamy, with lasting qi. Lastly, Sky Crane - one of our favorite black teas from Taiwan - rolls around the tongue with sweet notes, characteristic of traditional honey teas. Have fun with these!
